The objectives of this study are to increase knowledge of the problems experienced by previously sexually abused women who seek therapy. The empirical findings and clinical experience gained from the study will be used in the creation of a treatment manual for therapists.
Part 1 Introduction: prevalence of child sexual abuse; nature of child sexual abuse; families of sexually abused children; therapy with women who were sexually abused.
